My spin on enchiladas! Dosschiladas
So, tonight I came home from work, played with Lyla, went on a run (2 miles...so proud), and then remembered I had to make dinner. Well, I didn't have to because we have some leftovers, but I wasn't feeling them AGAIN! Last week when I went to the grocery, my least favorite place on earth, I bought items to follow a recipe online at allrecipes.com . Well, I was ready for that one...except for the directions called for baking the dish for an hour and a half! IT WAS ALREADY 7ish. I was not about to have a grouchy Dossinator. I like him just like this: {helping prepare the tortillas} To make these yummy Dosschiladas: 1. I boiled the chicken (1 lb). 2.
