Now You're My Whole Life

Our 2nd day, Saturday, was spent relaxing! We got up with a wake up call from our friendly neighbors, the Butlers, and that started the day off right. The weather was beautiful. We headed to breakfast and sat around talking for close to an hour. Then, we went and met with our travel rep, so they could give us info about the resort, area, and arrange our trip home. We didn't want to think about that yet! haha! We all went to the pool. The chairs were fabulous to relax in, so we lounged around on them for a bit. Danielle shared a book with me, Lies Women Believe . I must confess I haven't started it yet, but it's in my pile of summer reading! At the beach I was in the middle of Safe Haven by Nicholas Sparks. Don't worry, I will bring that back up. After we couldn't take the Mexican sun anymore we headed to the pool. We floated around and seriously had great convo like always. After much anticipation and countdowns to this vacation, we finally woke up around 4 am and got a quick shower. This was after 2 1/2 hours of sleep due to the excitement about our 2nd trip to Mexico together! The last time we'd been was our honeymoon. We were also beside ourselves because of our awesome trip we had with the Butler's in November and knew how much fun we all have together! We met at Danielle's padres because they are on the way to the airport. Danielle's bro, Michael, drove us down on his way to work. I hardly remember the ride because for half the trip the sun wasn't up, so my eyes were shut! We arrived at the airport and found the American Airlines kiosk, and of course it was the only one with a line. It was fine because we had plenty of time! A nice gentleman told us we had to go to the other end of the airport to print our boarding passes. He must have been asleep too, because that was a LIE! Friday, May 20th was an awesome day! I said goodbye to my sweet 5th graders as they embark on to 6th grade! I am so proud of them and the hard work they put forth! A couple of the girls decorated my tiny white board! I only wish them good things in their future! Then, a group of us headed to Atlanta to watch Kenny Chesney! Steph and I saw some of our Phabulous Phi Mu sisters from college! {Steph, Kim, Me, Kati, and Abby} {Ryan waiting} Funny story - we left the tickets in the room after taking a taxi from the hotel to the ampitheater. A couple of the guys went back, while some saved seats, and we waited in the parking lot! A gum company came around and handed out samples of gum. One of the sample - giver - outers dropped a box full and accidentally gave us a view of his crack. SAY NO TO CRACK! Hey ladies (and possibly guys), My sis has been admitted to the hospital because of severe pain and throwing up. The doctors believe it is appendicitis, and she is awaiting scan results. Please pray for her, the doctors, and nurses that are taking care of her. She is a little over an hour away, so if she does need surgery we are headed up. Thanks so much for the prayers. Love, Dana UPDATE: ERIN has been discharged from the hospital after getting several bags of fluids, a liquid meal, ct scan, and xrays. The doctor is not sure what is wrong, so she will be seeing a GI Specialist. Thank you for your prayers and PRAISE GOD!
