This is getting REAL!

Image
So, we have made it over the 32 week mark! Monday was 8 months preggers for me! That seems unreal. Now, it's getting fast and there's still SO much to do! How Far Along: 32 weeks & 3 Days     {My husband is ridiculously HOT...wow!} Sleep: Can't complain! I am supposed to be on "summer" schedule, but it's not happening. I have found myself up around 5:45 because Lyla doesn't go on "summer". She likes to stick her cold nose right under my wrists and lift them up while I am sleeping. Once I let her out, she is good for the rest of the morning. However, I lie in bed with my eyes open and pray, think about what needs to be done, and enjoy feeling Vann wiggle around! {I love this one! Thanks for the book Dr. Scales!} Best Moment This Week: Maternity pictures were AWESOME on Thursday.  I seriously LOVED them.    My iMac stopped working last week, and I was BUMMED ( keep reading for the silver lining )....

Elrod Family Pics

Image
After a great day of shopping with Mom and Steph, I headed over to the Elrod farm. It was a gorgeous sunset with beautiful people. Halley may have not wanted to take pictures, but we got a few that are Christmas card worthy! Aren't they cute!! {My favorite!} {Dana . . . why do you keep taking pictures of me?} What are you doing for Christmas cards this year?

Wonderful Weekend! (lots of pics)

Image
I love weekends! I feel so blessed to have a job that allows time to renew yourself over Saturday and Sunday. The sad thing is the rest part of the "renew" rarely happens. Rest is certainly important for my well-being and others around me. I had a busy weekend, but a great busy it was! On Friday afternoon, I headed down with my sister to photograph Ashley and Drew's gorgeous wedding at Little Gardens in Lawrenceville. Here are some shots we captured of their perfect wedding day... Ryan was in the wedding! He looked handsome in his tux. My sis took control of my camera while I took a break and snapped a few action shots of us dancing. One thing I love about my husband is his talent of dancing. He is fantastic! It makes me love him more! On Saturday, Erin and I treated Mom to a lunch at Aqua Terra Bistro in downtown Buford. I had eaten dinner there with friends on Ryan's birthday, but hadn't been back! In comes the power of Facebook...free advert...

What I'm Loving Wednesday!

Image
Oh Wednesday! I love you! There are so many reasons to love Wednesday, but one great reason is all of the cool blog link-ups. Jamie over at This Kind Of Love rocks it out every time with her link-up. Click on the pic above to go share your Wednesday love! I am LOVING that my Dad had his 50th birthday last week. He had a great day, great meal, and great laughs. {sis at R.L.} {Greg and Ryno showing their best smile} {Ryan and me enjoying the great company of my fam} {Dad was super excited about his birthday!} {Is my mom not absolutely gorgeous? Wow, I love this picture of her!} We went back to the house after dinner and enjoyed a glorious brownie dessert that Mom made. Daddy opened presents! We all are blessed with a father like him! I love him! Thursday and Friday, Mom held her sewing classes. They were super successful! I am so proud of her. I also love that she took the time on Friday afternoon to help me sew this little number below! I wore it out on a girl's night with Carr...
