I have so much to be thankful for!

I am loving that my 5th graders were all here for their State Writing Test! 100% attendance makes me smile!

I love that Friday is free fry day at Chick Fil A! I am so proud of myself - my meal used to be a #7 with fries there and I have switched to chicken noodle soup and a fruit cup! Although, I will be splurging on the fries in calories...they won't cost me a dime! YAY!

I am loving that I have 30 days left until the beach in FLORIDA with one of my besties - Steph, her rockin' mom, MIL, and ONE YEAR OLD baby girl! **Which means I am even more motivated to get toned and join in with Running In High Heels: March Madness.

I am completely loving the book I bought this weekend at the One Marriage Conference. It's by Lisa Bevere and is called "Lioness Arising". So far God is truly speaking to me about a certain choice I will make in the future. I am trying not to be like Jonah and run...haha! There will be more on this book to come. So far, my favorite quote is at the beginning of chapter 2: If ever there comes a time when the women of the world come together purely and simply for the benefit of mankind, it will be a force such as the world have never known. - Matthew Arnold. REREAD IT, LADIES!! OVER AND OVER! So true!

I love that my Nannie came in to read to my class. Today was Read Across America Day in celebration of Dr. Seuss' birthday. Sara, our media specialist, did a fantastic job! I will blog about Nannie in the next post!
